The Senior Manager, Technical Project & Program Management owns and leads a flagship product development program. This role is accountable for end-to-end execution—from concept through product release, manufacturing ramp, and customer readiness—driving predictable delivery across complex, cross-functional, and global organizations.
- Lead a large, multi-year product development program with full accountability for execution, outcomes, and customer readiness.
- Define program strategy, execution model, governance, and resourcing in alignment with business unit objectives and product roadmaps.
- Direct and influence large, cross-functional global teams, including senior engineers, workstream leaders, and functional managers.
- Build and maintain fully integrated program plans across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, product marketing, and field organizations.

- Ensure execution readiness for manufacturing ramp, customer qualification, and sustained high-volume production.
- Proven expertise leading large-scale, highly complex programs spanning hardware, software, and systems integration across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Applies advanced program and systems integration practices to drive technology readiness, lifecycle transitions, and overall product maturity.
- Serves as a technical and execution authority, guiding senior engineers and functional leaders while balancing innovation, risk, and delivery predictability.
