We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Project Engineer to lead and manage C130 new development and modernization efforts. You will function as part of the AMMM Project Engineering team responsible for delivering complex system development products and solutions.
As a Principal Project Engineer Manager your responsibilities will include:

Who You Are A collaborative, seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in aerospace project management, capable of driving complex modernization programs and delivering results on schedule and budget.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) with 12 years of experience developing aircraft upgrades or modifications
Experience in aircraft design, analysis, and/or aircraft systems or structure
Experience in leading a cross functional organization as a Project Engineer or Technical Manager in the development of a new and/or modified development program Desired Skills: Has C-130 Technical domain knowledge like Software, Avionics, Aircraft or Systems
Demonstrated understanding of Program planning and management of complex program issues
Possess strong inter-personal skills to work with a diverse capabilities team
Demonstrated proficiency in developing proposals and execution of programs
Expert ability to provide team oversight of Technical Supplier and Sub-Contract Management
Demonstrated communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases
Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical planning across a broad range of stakeholders

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
