Qualifications: -Prior Pilot Flight Equipment experience -Demonstrated ability to develop a positive working relationship with internal and external customers. -Established track record of meeting or exceeding department performance goals. -Superior organization and written/verbal skills. -Excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills: -Military flight-line ALSS / PFE / AFE / PR maintenance experience. -Prior experience in conducting OJT for F-35 PFE maintenance actions. -Familiarity with DoD maintenance manuals. -Background in military or civilian PFE sustainment operations. -Proficient in industry standard maintenance practices. -Experience using engineering drawings and technical data (JTD). -PFE data management experience. -Knowledge of industrial and aircraft maintenance safety standards. -Professional focused on mission success.
