Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent professional experience - Experience in hardware lab testing - Minimum of 5+ years work experience in any of the following: Systems Development, or Systems Integration and Test, or Systems Production Testing - Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/qualification/certification - Active Secret DoD Clearance required to start (US Citizenship required) Desired Skills: - Demonstrated knowledge of Systems Engineering V - Experience with sensor payloads - Experience defining Test Approaches and Test Equipment
requirements - Experience with all aspects of Environmental Qualification Testing - Design a system verification process that is performed to well-constructed I&T Plans - Familiarity with defining security plans - Demonstrated knowledge of subsystem HW/SW capabilities - Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate other integration participants for I&T program efficiency - Deliver effective customer presentations that include performance results, schedule status, and corrective action details - Verify that test data is recorded and cataloged appropriately - Generate concise but thorough test reports purpose-built for use in V&V events - Experience in qualification testing per MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD environments - Experience in with HWIL testing Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
