Description: You will be the Manufacturing Planner Senior (Level 3) for the PP&C team supporting UTIAMD. Our team is responsible for managing the production schedule and analyzing material shortages for various programs.
As the Manufacturing Planner Senior (Level 3) you will be responsible for driving production planning, identifying material gaps, and ensuring schedule integrity across multiple programs.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with program milestones.
- Analyze material shortages and coordinate with supply chain to mitigate risks.
- Generate regular status reports and forecast updates for leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to resolve schedule impacts.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education - Ability to obtain a security clearance - Experience with SAP - Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing - Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills - Must be able to work outside of the normal operating hours, as required Desired Skills: - Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, a represented workforce and internal and external customers. - Demonstrated ability to extract data, create and present critical schedule and material information - Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment. - Experience with managing production schedules across multiple manufacturing and assembly locations - Excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS) Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
