Specific responsibilities and skill set required include, but are not limited to:
- Influence: Effectively challenge and influence the business area to mitigate risk when developing well-designed products, practices, and processes.
- Execution: Maintain a relentless focus on quality and timeliness. Establish and maintain positive relationships with Product Owners, Tech partners, Operations stakeholders, and Risk advisors.
- Results-Oriented: Operate within Scaled Agile Frameworks, embracing iterative delivery and a bias toward action. You lead work across multiple streams, engaging with stakeholders to drive results.
- Risk Architecture: Partner with data analysts and technology to improve risk monitoring and reporting. You will track and remediate risks to closure, execute control assessments, and support audit/regulatory response activities.
- Product Lifecycle Support: Maintain product risk documentation, process flows, and testing artifacts. You will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product features and enhancements.
- At least 3 years of experience working on cross-functional projects and programs.
- 4+ years of Financial Services and Risk Management experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs.
- Professional certification in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP.
- Business Process Management (BPM) certification or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Draw.io, Google Slides, and Google Sheets).
