Manager, Tech Learning Project Manager

- Strategic Learning Partner: Anticipates future learning needs by staying current with design trends, thinks and solves problems systemically, balances long-term vision with execution rigor, and brings structure to ambiguity while managing competing priorities

- Relationship Manager: Cultivates strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to foster collaboration

- Storyteller: Communicates with clarity and influence to senior and technical audiences

- Lead strategic design for Tech Onboarding Programs, from new hire to senior leaders, iterating from feedback and data while consulting with engineering and learning leaders

- Oversee implementation of new design initiatives into onboarding programs, ensuring alignment with organizational imperatives

- Project manage multiple initiatives, leading program teams and providing strategic support as needed

- Own the measurement and evaluation strategy to ensure learning solutions deliver desired outcomes

- Collaborate on learner communications and external storytelling, sharing insights and outcomes about your work

- Experience educating, onboarding, or supporting technical roles

- Experience partnering with key stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and define new initiatives for business impact

- Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment

- Effective communication, both written and verbally, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

- Ability to manage ambiguity, lead through change, and deliver in a matrixed environment

- High level of initiative, ownership, and a customer-centric mindset

- Strong expertise in applying adult learning theories to shape strategy

- At least 3 years of experience in client facing consulting

- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development

- At least 1 year of experience in learning strategy creation

- 3+ years of experience in consulting, advising, and influencing leadership
