Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, or maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions.
Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately and in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
