Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
