Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor access points and electronic access-control systems, verify credentials, process visitor and contractor entries, and maintain accurate access-related records.
Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry and exit activity, challenging individuals as directed by site policy, and reporting unusual conditions.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the technology location, including business areas, access points, and perimeter areas, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
