Experience: 10+ years
- Organize, direct, coordinate, and manage planning and production of all contract activities. - Serve as the primary interface with client management, including the Contracting Officer and COR. - Recruit, assign, supervise, and manage personnel necessary to perform assigned tasks. - Establish and adjust program organization as needed to provide effective contract support. - Assign, schedule, and provide quality assurance oversight of project team deliverables. - Ensure conformance to task specifications, contract provisions, and applicable DoD/Navy requirements. - Manage the control of budgets, personnel, and material resources for contract execution. - Analyze complex textual and quantitative information to develop recommendations for process, operational, or policy improvements. - Prepare documentation, reports, and ad hoc analyses using automated systems and database tools. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex program and contract issues.
- Active DoD Secret clearance required to start; must be eligible for classified access and may be subject to a security investigation. - Bachelor's degree in management, business, accounting, or related field. - 10+ years of professional experience. - 6+ years managing budgets, personnel, and material resources for complex contracts. - Knowledge of DoD policies and directives. - Experience with automated systems, database maintenance, and ad hoc reporting. - Ability to analyze information, prepare documentation, resolve complex problems, and support recommendations with textual and quantitative data.
- Navy or DoD business operations contract experience. - NSWC or NAVSEA experience. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $150,000 to $175,000 (annually).
