- Create and manage workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation to support marketing and sales processes.

- Manage and optimize Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for lead capture, scoring, nurture programs, and email campaigns, ensuring tight alignment with Salesforce.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.

- Monitor data quality, lead routing, and deduplication processes; troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues.

- Manage integrations between Salesforce, and other marketing or sales tools, coordinating with vendors and internal IT as needed.

- Support campaign setup and tracking within Salesforce, partnering with content and digital marketing on lead lifecycle and attribution.

- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes; provide training and ongoing support to end users.

- Stay current on Salesforce and releases, features, and best practices, recommending improvements as the platform evolves.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce.

- Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement strongly preferred.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, automation tools (Flow, validation rules), and security model.

- Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and marketing/sales alignment processes.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build clear, actionable reports and dashboards.

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
