As a hybrid Systems Engineer and Acquisition Logistics Specialist on your team, you’ll work with Booz Allen colleagues and the military to develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities to provide critical information to our warfighters. As a systems engineer, your client will trust you to develop and execute system integration plans for space and ground systems. You will lead and support integration activities at the system of systems, system, segment, and element level. You will grow your skills by researching new requirements, technologies, and threats and using innovative integration methodologies and tools to integrate remote sensing systems to deliver warfighter capabilities. You’ll work with our clients to assist with evaluating, redesigning, and authoring their system life cycle and sustainment policies, processes, and documents. Using your understanding of the DoDI 5000.2, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of data analysts, financial managers, systems engineers, and logisticians to ensure life cycle and sustainment policy and documentation reflects DoD guidance and directives.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
