Ready to make a difference? The Field Operations Manager for Home Weatherization will play an important leadership role within the program team, partnering closely with the Senior Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of retrofit projects and field operations. By fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across field teams and contractors, the Field Operations Manager helps achieve production and quality objectives while ensuring the successful delivery of retrofit projects and meaningful outcomes for customers, communities, and the overall success of the Retrofit Engagement Initiative.
