Minnesota-based employees: Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.

Job Locations:

- Rotational Associates will be based at one of the 35+ plant locations across North America, Wichita, KS, or Minneapolis, MN (Supply Chain Rotation only)

- Relocation is possible during the 2 years in the program.

- The rotational program will begin in January or June of 2027, based on graduation date.

Required
Qualifications:

- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited program in supply chain, procurement, finance, statistics, engineering, MIS, or other related business field, graduating between May 2026 and May 2027

- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer

- Candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate to a plant location, Minneapolis, MN, or Wichita, KS

- Proven ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures

- Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance

- Ability to contribute, both as part of a team and individually

- Strong communication skills - written and oral

Preferred
Qualifications:

- Minimum 3.0 GPA

- Ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for business

- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions independently

- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, collaboration skills, verbal and written communication skills, and information research and gathering skills
