Full job description

The Product Marketing Director leads Product Marketing for Experian Health, defining how healthcare technology solutions are positioned, communicated, and launched. This role leads a small team while partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver high-impact go-to-market initiatives and support business growth.

The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing resources on the highest-priority initiatives.

This is a remote position. You will report to the Vice President, Marketing, Health.

  • Lead the product marketing strategy to support business growth and product adoption.
  • Develop clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for healthcare audiences.
  • Create consistent messaging frameworks across marketing, sales, and customer communications.
  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing to plan and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide Sales and Customer Success teams with messaging, presentations, competitive tools, and enablement content.
  • Analyze customer and market insights to inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate on thought leadership, executive presentations, webinars, and industry events.
  • Lead, coach, and prioritize the work of a team of Product Marketing Managers while supporting high-priority initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Solution Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
  • Experience marketing enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, data, analytics, or other digital solutions.
  • Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience leading and developing marketing professionals.
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, patient engagement, or healthcare financial operations.
