In this role, you will lead product engineering for a federal ICAM program. You will oversee product teams delivering SSO, directory, IGA, and PAM services to a large organization. Across these teams, you will architect and manage delivery of holistic solutions to meet customer requirements.

You will ensure consistent, quality delivery by guiding teams through difficulties, escalating issues, and removing external hindrances.

- Work across ICAM workstreams to architect and deliver solutions to serve a complex enterprise with on-premises and cloud applications

- Manage client and stakeholder relationships and expectations

- Serve as a trusted advisor for your team and review deliverables to ensure quality

- Educate about and advocate industry standard best practices

- Stay current with new ICAM technologies and products and make recommendations for their use

- Experience At least 8 years of experience designing and implementing identity solutions across two or more of the following areas:

- At least one major cloud service provider (CSP), i.e., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Possession of an advanced, industry-standard cybersecurity certification, such as (ISC)2 CISSP, ISACA CISM

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland .
