Software Application Development Manager

As our company continues to grow, the need for a skilled Software Application Development Manager becomes increasingly important. You will lead a team of developers, manage projects, and ensure the software development process runs smoothly. Your commitment to technical excellence, team collaboration, and continuous improvement will be critical in achieving our organizational goals.

As a Software Application Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of talented software developers to create high-quality solutions using Microsoft and Azure technologies. Your responsibilities will span people management and ensuring the smooth operation of software systems.

This role will require three days in the office, minimum each week. In 2027 during the Spring/Summer months, you'll be expected to be in the office five days per week.

Collaborate with PMO, architects, product owners, scrum masters, and other stakeholders

- Minimum of 10 years in software development experience within information technology in a highly regulated field such as insurance or finance.

- 5 years minimum within a management role

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and web technologies

Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, C#, Azure services)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
