The Machine Operator

• Cut to Length/leveler operator position sets up machine to proper specifications, operates machine to cut materials specified by work order, and checks quality of product coming off the machine. The Machine Operator
• Cut to Length position also packages material (banding) and prepares for shipment.

• Knowledge of crane operation and lifting devices preferred

• Skilled at measuring machined features using a variety of measuring instruments

• Climbing: Must be able to climb stairs/ladders up to 10% of shift

• Stooping/Bending: Must be able to stoop/bend up to 30% of shift
