Once licensed , the pay range for a Customer Service Consultant is $47,840 - $49,920/ yr + performance-based bonuses

Shift: After training, must be willing to work either 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm EST , Mon-Fri

The Customer Service Agent would focus on servicing and retaining an existing book of business, advising clients on coverages, as well as completing endorsements and cancellations, managing retention, and policy issuance for our clients. This role also places a focus on service and sales, as we encourage our Service Agents to generate and sell cross-sell opportunities and analyze coverage to meet our clients' needs.
