Director of Operations

The ideal candidate is a proven operational leader with extensive experience in e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. This individual has a track record of building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and scaling operations while maintaining exceptional quality and customer service.

Required qualifications are as follows:

- 10 years of senior leadership experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, manufacturing, or a similar area.

- Subject matter expertise in LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or a similar area.

- Experience with e-commerce, ideally with systems such as Shopify.

- Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and new product introduction (NPI) processes.
