- Helping participants download software (JackTrip) onto their laptop or desktop

- Helping participants to connect their computer to the internet via ethernet cable

- Helping participants to connect the audio interface box to their laptop or desktop

- Helping participants to log onto the music sharing platform (JackTrip)

- Showing the participant how to use the features of music sharing software (e.g., where the chat button is, how to toggle between different views; how to adjust volume

- Assisting participants with accessing the online intervention group and troubleshooting by phone:

- Comfort working with older participants, some of whom may have minimal computer skills, on the phone

The work environment for this position will include an indoor office and a medical research environment. It may include some minor annoyances such as noise, temperature variations, etc. The incumbent may sustain posture in standing or seated position and may utilize a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time.

The base wage range for this position is $25.24 - $40.60 per hour. The wage actually offered to a successful candidate will take into account various relevant and non-discriminatory business factors including, without limitation, the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, and skills, and education, as well as internal equity considerations.

A successful candidate may also be eligible to earn additional compensation including bonuses.
