Host - Leinie Lodge & Beer Garden

Leinie Lodge & Beer Garden embraces the bold spirit of pride, celebration, authenticity, and community of the North Woods of Wisconsin. Born from a -six-generation family culture, the beer, and now restaurant, showcase the finest in ingredients and hospitality. Located at the entrance of Power Plant Live!, Leinie Lodge & Beer Garden occupies a glass pavilion, complete with retractable roof, and glass garage doors allowing guests to flow freely to the beer garden featuring lawn games and an outdoor fireplace.

• Welcoming guests when they arrive to venue and bidding goodbye as they leave to create a lasting positive experience.

• Greet guests in a friendly and upbeat manner and smile to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Coordinate seating arrangements to provide fast and courteous service to guests.

• Occasional bussing of tables when needed to expedite efficient seating of waiting guests.

• At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting.

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the venue, the brand and the Company.

• Reading and writing abilities are frequently utilized, often when recording and reviewing reservations and table assignment system.

• Must be able to read, review and understand seating charts.

The Host position requires the ability to perform the following:

• Handling objects (including food and utensils), products, speaking over and operating phones.

• Must be able to stay in one location at either the entrance or exit of the venue for long periods of time and safely/efficiently move about the entire facility.
