Full job description

- Supports routine Finance system maintenance, configuration changes, and basic administration tasks.

- Meets with Finance system vendors to assist with implementations, updates, and issue resolution.

- Performs limited user access administration for Finance systems following established procedures.

- Acts as a liaison between Finance, vendors, and IT to communicate requirements and coordinate larger technical changes.

- Assists with testing, reconciliation, documentation, and audit support related to Finance including systems implemented by IT.

- The Program Analyst II requires a person with a minimum Bachelor's level degree in a technology related field.

- Experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI to manage, analyze, and validate data.

- Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues and inconsistencies across systems.

- Ability to document processes, reconciliations, and findings clearly and accurately.

- Experience with General Ledger (GL) transactions and financial reporting and basic accounting concepts.

- Experience with financial reconciliation and audit best practices.

- Experience working with or supporting integrations involving payment processors and financial vendors

The anticipated initial rate of compensation for this position is $99,000 - $127,000 per year.
