To learn more about our culture, mission and vision please visit www.analogic.com The Project Manager, Business Applications leads initiatives focused on integration, modernization, and continuous improvement of field service and enterprise business applications.

Reporting to the Manager of Data & Analytics, this role manages the end-to-end delivery of software implementation and systems integration projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and quality assurance, while partnering with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to support evolving business and operational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation, systems integration, and business application projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Partner with Field Service, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support business and operational objectives.
  • Coordinate integration and modernization efforts across platforms such as ServiceMax, SAP, Windchill, and related technologies.
  • Facilitate project planning, status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives related to business applications and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project execution and system performance.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support change management activities and operational transition planning.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or business application initiatives
  • Experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and implementation activities
  • Experience supporting field service, operations, or technical business environments preferred
  • Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as ServiceMax, SAP, Windchill, or similar platforms
  • Strong project leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
