- Operate the point of sale system and cash register accurately, handling cash handling and processing transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandising standards are met and the store environment is inviting.
- Assist with stocking merchandise, ensuring shelves are full and products are presented attractively.
- Proactively identify and solve customer issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment, demonstrating leadership potential.
- Adhere to loss prevention procedures to safeguard store assets and minimize shrinkage.

Minimum
