We are looking for an experienced Manager, Program Security/FSO to support our Mission Applications (MA) group and oversee the Security program and facility operations for our sites in Aurora, CO and King of Prussia, PA. This role reports to the ARKA Director of Security and works in close partnership with Security and Facilities teams across ARKA.
As the Program Security Manager/FSO, you will be responsible for ensuring continued compliance for both facilities IAW applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, while also managing day-to-day site operations. Most importantly, you will help ensure the safety and security of our facilities and staff. Our customers and MA team depend on secure, mission-ready spaces to support National Security-impacting programs.
In this role, you will interact daily with leaders at all levels. The MA FSO must be a strong, flexible leader who can solve problems, collaborate across MA departments, and leverage ARKA resources to keep operations running smoothly and effectively.
- Ensures continued security compliance IAW all applicable local, State and Federal laws, regulations, contractual obligations, Customer requirements, and company policies
- Facilitates MA with compliance-based solutions that keep the BU effective and compliant
- Spearheads collaboration for MA facilities with sites to ensure Security & Facilities is tracking
- Manages the compliance and operational ability of all classified areas of their designated site(s)
- Reporting actual or potential Insider Threat situations to the ARKA ITPSO
- Minimum of current Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance with in-scope background investigation
- Industrial Security database management (Scattered Castles, DISS, NISS, etc.)
- Experience in the following areas: National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs
- Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for projects in collaboration with customers, Information Technology (IT) and other functional support departments.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong presentation skills with an ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership
- Required to obtain/maintain various accesses and U.S. security clearances
- MS/MA degree within relevant fields such as business, management, or information systems
