The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items according to Golfzon Social's recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest. We're looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook who takes pride in preparing quality food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Prepares and cooks menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

• Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift

• Ensures food quality, consistency, and timely ticket execution

• Follows all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations

• Properly stores, labels, rotates, and stocks food products using FIFO procedures

• Assists with daily prep work and kitchen opening and closing duties

• Communicates effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

• Monitors product quality and notifies management of inventory needs

• Maintains equipment and reports maintenance issues promptly

• Supports fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

• One to two years of line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Food Handler Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
