Associate Renewals Manager

What You'll Do Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer-related contract issues Be a point of contact with Account Managers to proactively coordinate subscription opportunities and/or resolve issues that may hinder them from maintaining a relationship with Workiva Uncover accounts that may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure Use the facts found in the needs analysis phase to present a compelling demonstration of the Workiva suite of products and services to create a customer belief that they must have Workiva products Naturally lead the renewal sales process to a close by understanding the competitive landscape and demonstrating Workiva's superior value proposition Review and validate installed base reports Collaborate with internal teams to gather information to pursue accounts for renewal Maintain strong customer relationships to help grow the business Update customer relationship management tools regularly and timely manner Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis Plan and execute sales strategy with purposeful action to complete the sale and optimize profits Prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion Communicate regularly with a base of accounts that have the potential to increase subscriptions or XBRL services What You'll Need Minimum Qualifications High school/secondary school education 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals; Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree Basic knowledge of accounting Basic knowledge of Software as a Service business model Ability to work from home and be self-directed; scheduling own appointments Excellent time management and territory management skills Force Management training is a plus Travel Requirements & Working Conditions Up to 10% travel for internal meetings and trainings Reliable internet access for any period of time while working remotely, not in a Workiva office How You'll Be Rewarded ✅ On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 76,000.00 - 114,000.00 USD Annual ✅ Eligible for commission based on sales performance ✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire ✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
