Data-Driven Decision-Makers: You are skilled at conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities, monitoring SEO performance and making real-time, data-backed optimizations, and providing clear insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Tech-Savvy Doers: You stay on top of algorithm updates, best practices, and emerging SEO trends including GEO, AEO, and the ongoing changes in the space.

- 2+ years of experience managing SEO campaigns with a track record of improving rankings, traffic, and conversions - Proficiency in keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.) and Google Analytics/Search Console - Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices - Strong content instincts - you know how to optimize for both users and search engines - Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear strategies and next steps - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client accounts at once - Reliable computer with strong & consistent internet connection
