Customer Program Manager

Requirements Key

Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end customer implementation projects, pilots, and proof-of-concepts. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk strategies with Account Directors and Solutions Engineering. - Facilitate project kickoffs to set clear objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and success criteria. - Align project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues timely. - Serve as the primary customer PM contact, building trusted relationships through proactive, transparent communication. - Manage customer expectations while balancing business priorities and technical constraints. - Capture and communicate customer feedback internally to incorporate it into project execution. - Coordinate cross-functional work across Account Directors, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML teams, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Scientific discipline, or related field. - 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, deployments, or technical customer projects. - Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent customer engagements. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). - Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams. - Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly communications. - Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills. - Experience with project management tools such as Jira.

What Sets You Apart - Experience working with AI, machine learning, data science, or scientific software platforms. - Familiarity with chemistry, materials science, manufacturing, energy, or industrial software environments. - Experience managing enterprise customers with complex technical implementations. - PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar project management certification.
