Full job description

What You'll Do

- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients - Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more - Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs

Requirements
For Counselors

- Hold an active Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license - Be licensed through the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions - Hold a Master's degree in Counseling or a related field - Have completed:

- 60 semester hours of graduate education - 3,360 hours of post-master's supervised experience over a minimum of 2 years

- Have passed the NCMHCE examination

For Psychologists

- Hold an active Massachusetts Psychologist license - Be licensed through the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Psychologists - Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program - Have completed:

- 2 years of supervised experience - At least 1 year of post-doctoral supervised practice

- Have passed:

- Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP) - Massachusetts jurisprudence examination

- Expertise: Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) - Languages: Proficiency in English and your local language - Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching in managerial roles - Flexibility: Openness to ocassional onsite work, if necessary
