Full job description

Our growing team is looking for a Product Engineer to drive and support Custom projects for our cutting-edge photonic and electro-optic Thin Film Lithium Niobate platform . The role bridges our internal design, fabrication, and testing teams with a growing customer base. As a product engineer, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through the MPW lifecycle, from tapeout planning to post-fab testing.

You will work cross-functionally to define tapeout windows, validate design rules, and coordinate technical deliverables that drive customer success.

- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers participating in MPW runs - Manage MPW schedules, PDK, and deliverables - Assist customers with PDK usage, layout reviews, DRC, and tapeout submission - Coordinate with internal teams on mask preparation, process compatibility and wafer testing - Drive continuous improvement in MPW processes and documentation - Support customer onboarding and training sessions

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Optics, Photonics, or a related field - Proven experience in semiconductor/optics/photonics industry; MPW or PDK experience a plus - Familiarity with basics of microwave circuits and components, electro-optic modulators, layout tools (e.g., KLayout), mask preparation and GDS flows - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Comfortable working with external customers and cross-disciplinary teams - Authorization to work in the US is required.
