- Strong portfolio with standout conceptual and visual work - 10+ years of experience in advertising, Healthcare advertising a plus - Healthcare or pharma agency experience preferred - Experience leading teams, shaping creative, and building client trust - Interest in how AI and new technologies can support innovation in healthcare advertising - Strong design instincts, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
