Assistant Machine Operator - Sign on Bonus

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Depending on experience and shift.

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.

• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.

• Participate in training and support team development.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Monday - Thursday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM

Friday - Sunday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM

- Strong attention to detail - Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively - Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs - Ability to perform in a hot environment - Effective communication with team members
