Experience: 10+ years
- Manage scheduling and coordination of manpower and materials for sprinkler projects. - Review and approve project drawings, submittals, and fabricate lists. - Ensure compliance with local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ)
requirements for permitting processes. - Monitor project budgets and financials to identify cost savings and mitigate impacts. - Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings. - Communicate project status and resolve issues with field personnel, customers, and subcontractors. - Maintain accurate documentation and track changes affecting project scope and costs.
- Minimum of 10 years of fire sprinkler installation experience. - At least 3 years of project management experience in fire protection or related fields. - Knowledgeable with NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 25, and FM Global Standards. - Technical understanding of various fire sprinkler system types including Wet, Dry, Preaction, and Deluge. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
