What You'll Do - Build and wire electrical panels and field devices to spec - Install and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, relays, and VFDs - Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate connections across modular systems - Calibrate sensors and validate control loops (thermal, gas, pressure) - Read and interpret schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams - Support commissioning and field deployment of systems - Work with engineers and other team members to diagnose problems, debug issues, and close feedback loops fast while maintaining accurate documentation of changes and updates. - Provide assistance with continuous improvement of control systems, wiring standards, and panel design practices. - Support a wide range of business needs beyond electrical and controls items, assisting cross-functional teams with prototyping, assembly, testing, and general operations as required to meet project and organizational goals. - Communicate clearly and proactively with team members, engineers, and leadership to share progress, flag issues early, provide solutions, and keep projects moving efficiently. - Demonstrate flexibility to support extended work hours or workweeks as needed to meet critical project deadlines or business priorities.
Requirements What We're Looking For - Hands-on experience with electrical systems and controls - Ability to read and follow schematics and technical drawings - Comfortable with tools, meters, and shop/lab environments - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work - Team-first attitude and willingness to own the outcome - U.S.-based only.
