Full job description

We are seeking a Manager, Software Engineering (.NET & Salesforce) to lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling enterprise applications across both the .NET and Salesforce ecosystems.

This leader will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology platform-driving architectural excellence, enabling innovation, and ensuring system reliability across high-impact healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

- Lead engineering teams focused on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and .NET applications. - Provide technical mentorship on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API). - Oversee code reviews, enforce best practices, and manage technical debt across both platforms. - Drive architectural standards, data model design, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits and .NET security best practices. - Manage and optimize deployment processes using Gearset and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Project Delivery & Collaboration

- Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery metrics tracking. - Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Data teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases. - Partner with business stakeholders and external vendors to align technical solutions with strategic priorities. - Oversee configuration, automation, and workflow optimization-including Salesforce Flows, Territory Management, Process Builder, and .NET-based integrations. - Ensure proper documentation, testing, compliance, and release management across all enhancements.

People Management & Strategic Influence

- Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent across Salesforce and .NET teams. - Serve as a connection point between technical teams and business leaders, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions. - Promote continuous improvement in engineering standards, automation, testing, and documentation. - Contribute to long-term architectural planning with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and user experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred). - 7+ years of combined experience in Salesforce and .NET development. - 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams (onshore/offshore leadership preferred). - Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, and Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model design, metadata management, and platform limits. - Deep experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API) and Azure cloud services. - Strong foundation in Agile methodologies and delivery KPIs. - Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect) and Microsoft Azure certifications highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare technology, or patient services environments. - Background managing third-party vendors or development partners. - Knowledge of advanced Salesforce features including Territory Management, custom metadata, and Platform Events. - Ability to balance short-term delivery demands with long-term platform strategy and health.
