Construction Estimating Career Coach

We're looking for a part-time Construction Estimating Career Coach to support students through live workshops and optional 1:1 coaching.

This is not a traditional employment role and not a guaranteed-income position . It's a flexible, paid opportunity best suited for construction estimating professionals who enjoy mentoring, teaching, and helping others break into the field - with upside if students choose to work with you.

- Answer student questions related to construction estimating and the job search

- Share real-world insight into what entry-level estimating roles actually look like

- Explain how estimating works in real construction environments (GCs, subs, specialty trades)

- 3+ years of professional construction estimating experience

- Experience estimating for GCs, subcontractors, or specialty trades (e.g. concrete, electrical, mechanical, roofing, etc.)

- Familiarity with estimating tools such as Excel, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar software

- Strong understanding of entry-level roles like Estimating Assistant, Junior Estimator, or Project Coordinator
