We're looking for a part-time Electrician Career Coach to support students through live workshops and optional 1:1 coaching.
This is not a traditional employment role and not a guaranteed-income position . It's a flexible, paid opportunity best suited for experienced electricians who enjoy mentoring, teaching, and helping others break into the trade - with upside if students choose to work with you.
- Answer student questions about the electrical trade and job search
- Share real-world insight into what entry-level electrician roles and apprenticeships actually look like
- 3+ years of professional experience as an electrician (residential, commercial, or industrial)
