Business Intelligence and Research Manager

we are looking for? (Requirements for the role) You have:

- 4+ years of consulting, banking, investing, or business intelligence or market research experience

- Strong analytical aptitude. You intuitively think about problems in terms of numbers and models, and you are able to quickly execute analyses in Excel or SQL. We will test you on this.

You must feel comfortable with statistical tools and running methodologically sound surveys. Prior experience running brand surveys and creative testing is a plus.

- Fluency with tools and using AI to work faster and smarter with data, and the judgement to know when the output is right and when it looks off.

- Ability to present findings and recommendations to a senior leadership audience, fielding challenges and incorporating feedback.

- Structured and logical thinker with the ability to quickly get up to speed on new industries, products, and challenges.

- Self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don't need someone to tell you to "move". You just move.
