- A sincere understanding of the importance of building relationships with active and passive candidates of all levels

- Proven experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline

- Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and great follow-through

- Passionate, driven mentality with the readiness to jump right in and go!

- Keep 'em warm! Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify potential opportunities for the future

We offer competitive compensation that is geo-adjusted based on your location , along with meaningful equity so you share in the value you help create. Salary range for this role in New York, New York and Arlington, VA is $130,000-$180,000 depending on experience and interview performance. Our benefits include:
