Full job description

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our security, engineering, and product teams and make an immediate impact. In this role, you will drive the execution of complex, cross-functional programs and projects that are pivotal to enabling core technologies and functionality critical to our business. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and ensure the seamless integration of technologies across our platforms.

As a TPM, you will take ownership of tracking and stabilizing projects, removing roadblocks, and anticipating both internal and external customer needs. Your primary goal is to empower our engineers by ensuring they can focus on solving the technical challenges they're best equipped to handle, while you handle the operational complexity.

You will be at the forefront of driving initiatives that integrate technologies to serve our diverse customer base, including Government, Enterprise, and Consumer sectors.

- Program Execution & Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and drive them to successful completion with minimal oversight.

- Process Optimization: Expertise in identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and implementing scalable processes that improve team productivity and collaboration.

- Cross-Functional Influence: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineering, product, and other stakeholders, driving alignment and buy-in on key initiatives.

- Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Strong ability to foresee potential challenges, mitigate risks, and resolve issues swiftly to keep projects on track.

- Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to ensure product and technology solutions align with both internal goals and customer expectations.

- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to engage with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, priorities, and dependencies.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong ability to adjust priorities and tactics as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 5 years of experience in program management or equivalent field.

- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

- Prior experience supporting government or defense products.

We offer competitive compensation that is geo-adjusted based on your location , along with meaningful equity so you share in the value you help create. Salary range for this role in New York, NY is $170,000-$190,000 depending on experience and interview performance.
