Full job description

Our team is growing rapidly, and we're looking for mission-driven, customer-focused data folks who care about creating positive impact, love working directly with users to solve challenging problems, and who will thrive in the fast-paced start-up life. This person will work with both technical and non-technical teammates to design and drive investigations into complex business problems, and to propose data-informed solutions.

- Partner directly with clinics and internal stakeholders to understand needs and define reporting requirements for areas such as financial performance (e.g., billing, collections, revenue) and operational efficiency (e.g., authorization, task workflows).

- Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for both clinics and internal teams.

- Uphold trust in data by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting pipelines.

- Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches, and present findings in compelling ways to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Help shape the future of reporting at Camber by identifying opportunities for new metrics, improved workflows, and scalable analytics practices.

- Strong SQL skills with experience working with large, complex datasets.

- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and business modeling skills.

- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities - able to distill complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations.

- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects from 0 to 1.

- Experience with report builder tools (e.g., Hex, Sigma, Tableau, Holistics, React.js).

- Experience with visualization libraries (e.g. MatplotLib, Plotly, Chart.js, D3.js).

- Familiarity with ETL and data transformation tools (e.g., Python, Spark, dbt).

- Experience working with healthcare or health insurance data.
