Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Finance Agent

We are looking for full stack engineers to build fast across BJAK's AI Finance Agent.

This role is for product-minded engineers who can move across frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.

- Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.

- Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems.

- Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and financial services.

- Work with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast.

- Integrate APIs, handle data flows and improve production reliability.

- Use analytics, feedback and production issues to improve features after launch.

- Help build tools that reduce manual work and improve speed across the business.

- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems.

- Able to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specs.

- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms is a strong advantage.

- Thinks about user flow, backend logic and business process together.

- Takes ownership from build to launch to post-launch fixes.

- Clear about what they personally built and what was team-owned.

- Developers who ship UI without understanding backend or operations impact.

- People who make vague claims without showing real shipped work.

This role is remote, but candidates must be based in United States . We are hiring for this market specifically, so applicants should already be based in United States .
