Nurse Practitioner

The Opportunity: Blueberry is on a mission to make high quality pediatric care available to everyone. In this role, you will join a wonderful community of physicians who are fueled by that mission and have the opportunity to help build our inaugural team of nurse practitioners.

- A board certification Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with significant pediatric clinical experience, with an active license in at least (1) state

- You are a collaborative partner to other medical staff and our customer support team, with whom you will work to ensure holistic patient care

- Expanded shift times and overnight hours may be needed in the future

- You are eligible to earn extra income via contributing during surge times, marketing efforts, and other opportunities

- Major holidays - Must work 1 of 3 major holidays (rotating basis)

Such as:

- All initial licensure paid by company and partial renewal reimbursement

- Will need ~5 licenses on average to start, increasing to about 15, with some NPs receiving up to 30 in future

- Minimum 3 year commitment from date of last license issuance, or you will be required to pay back full license costs

*Base compensation rate for this role will be between USD $50-$65/hr depending on location and experience
