Product Engineer

We're looking for founding engineers who are excited by that challenge: building a product from first principles, shaping the future of how humans and AI collaborate, and dogfooding what they build every day.

- You want to work with colleagues who have high standards and who love building beautiful, performant software

- You prefer the dopamine of working on software that will get into hundreds of thousands of users' hands, vs working on enterprise, forward-deployed software

We deeply care about using AI in our work. Don't proceed with applying if:

- You don't value craft and cannot speak to software that inspires you

- Architect and ship core messaging infrastructure that feels sturdy and is super fast

- Contribute to our MCP/API + agent developer platform + sandbox system that outside builders actually love to use

- Prototype new interaction patterns for human-agent collaboration

- Raise our bar for engineering craft, help with recruiting, and hold the line on quality

- A deep interest in the quirks of LLMs and agents, memory systems, tool use, etc

- Ability to work very fast without cutting corners on quality
