Physician AI Researcher

Preferred - Willing to work 3 days/week from the San Francisco office.

- Prototype and experiment with state-of-the-art models, techniques, and architectures, collaborating with clinicians and technical teams to improve user experience and functionality.

- Design experiments, success criteria, and roadmaps for novel products and features.

- Evaluate and refine AI models to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability.

- Curate and audit datasets to maintain high-quality, representative training and testing material.

- Analyze feedback and resolve issues with AI outputs, using clinical insights and analytical skills.

- Expand knowledge across medical specialties to inform the development of AI solutions tailored to diverse clinical needs.

- Advanced clinical degree (e.g., MD, DO) with hands-on experience in medical documentation workflows.

- Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technical advancements.

Pay Transparency We offer a base compensation range of approximately $205,000-$300,000 per year, exclusive of equity. This intentionally broad range provides flexibility for candidates to tailor their cash and equity mix based on individual preferences. Our compensation philosophy prioritizes meaningful equity grants, enabling team members to share directly in the impact they help create.
