Brand Designer

Agentio is looking for its first brand design hire-someone who wants to build a brand from the ground up, not maintain one that already exists. You'll set the visual direction for how Agentio shows up everywhere: product UI, pitch decks, paid ads, social content, events. This is a rare mandate at this stage-real authorship over what "on-brand" means, backed by the infrastructure and support to make it scale.

You'll design for a range of audiences-from enterprise buyers to the creators we partner with-and internal teams. You'll report directly to our VP of Marketing and work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners across the org-primarily GTM, but with reach into product and beyond. You'll set the vision, build the system, and produce the work-with the ownership to explore and shape Agentio's brand as you go.

- Set the direction for our brand across every touchpoint-define and evolve Agentio's visual identity so it feels cohesive from product UI to pitch deck to paid ad to event booth

- Build an AI-native system for production at scale -using tools like Figma AI, Midjourney, and automation to create a design system (typography, color, components, templates) that lets the brand move fast without losing quality

- Partner cross-functionally with leadership and every GTM team -work with product, sales, marketing, and executives to execute the brand across every medium, from digital (ads, social, web) to real life (events, experiential)-including the sales and marketing assets that directly drive revenue

- Own the full range of mediums-content, paid ads, events, executive materials-as a highly hands-on IC with the freedom to experiment and lay the groundwork for a future team

- Exceptional Craft: You think of yourself as a craftsperson first. You obsess over the details-type, color, spacing, motion-and you have the eye and the standards to elevate our brand and maintain that quality consistently across every touchpoint.

- Systems Thinking: You don't just make assets-you build the design systems, brand governance, and templates that let a whole company execute on-brand independently. Your portfolio shows both strategic thinking and hands-on craft.

- AI-Native Fluency: You use AI tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, generative workflows) as a core part of how you work, not an afterthought-and you have a real point of view on how AI is changing design production.

- Builder Mindset: You're a self-starter and strategic thinker who aligns design decisions with business goals-every visual choice should support growth and clearly communicate the mission.

- Ambiguity Navigation: You move fast and perform well in a fast-paced, undefined environment, juggling multiple priorities with limited resources and no playbook to follow.

- You're energized by building in a startup environment, comfortable in-office and highly collaborative (5 days/week), and you take ownership without needing it handed to you.
