Responsibilities
This position coordinates the nursing activities between multiple service areas of a department.
Provides care and/or service to neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Qualifications REQUIRED
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
- Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (2) years in area of specialty.
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification
REQUIRED: MOTHERSFIRST
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- International certification in childbirth education or International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC). If not certified in childbirth education, obtain International Certification in Childbirth Education within 6 months.
- S.N. degree
- Five years’ experience as an RN, including at least two years’ experience in adult/community education.
REQUIRED: DIABETES & NUTRITION EDUCATION
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Certified Diabetes Educator
- B.S.N. degree
- Five years’ experience as an RN, including at least two years’ experience in adult/community
Education
REQUIRED: IV THERAPY
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
- Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (3) years in area of specialty.
- National Certification in specialty Infusion Nursing (INS) or Vascular Access (AVA)
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification
REQUIRED: RADIOLOGY
5.Two (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity.
REQUIRED: SURGERY SCHEDULING
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.
- Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (2) years in area of specialty.
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification.
